These Pfaltzgraff dishes are beautiful and we have used them for many years. My only complaint is that the surfaces of the dishes scratch easily by silverware. I have read that the scratches can be removed with a ceramic stovetop cleaner and elbow grease but I haven't tried. I don't have that kind of arm strength any longer.
